Friends of Hobbs
State Park-Conservation Area

So Much to See & Do

Start at the Visitor Center

The 17,000 square foot Visitor Center is located 14 miles east of Rogers Arkansas on State Highway 12. The entrance on the right side of the highway is 1/4 mile east of War Eagle Road. The Visitor Center is the hub for all things Hobbs. If you have never been to Hobbs it is most certainly the place to start.

Completed in 2010, this gorgeous facility is filled with taxidermy mounts, amazing exhibits and interactive computer screens that engage visitors in learning about the park and its inhabitants. You will find maps and brochures, information about the Friends of Hobbs, a delightful gift shop, modern restroom facilities, and plenty of helpful staff to answer your questions about the park, as well as activities and happenings there in.

Area school and other groups regularly take advantage of two large classrooms to hear presentations about the fascinating flora and fauna found at the park. Be sure to also see the professionally created video about Hobbs State Park - Conservation Area.
