More than Eagles are Seen on Hobbs State Park Eagle Watch Cruises

Hobbs State Park – Conservation Area offers eagle watch cruises on Beaver Lake November 2016 through February 2017.  Remaining tours will take place on:

December:  3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

January:  1, 2, 7, 8, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 28, 29

February:  4, 5, 11, 13, 18, 19, 25, 26

According to Josephine Barry, spokesperson for Hobbs State Park, “So far this year our guests have seen bald eagles, osprey, vultures, kingfishers, great blue herons, grebes, hawks, gulls, deer, and occasionally a big fish jumps out of the water right next to the boat. Wildlife is everywhere, and fun to see on our Eagle Watch cruises.”


Tickets must be purchased in advance.  Adults $10.00 + tax. Children 6-12 $5.00 + tax.    Tours depart Rocky Branch Marina promptly at    3:00 p.m.  For more information and to make reservations, call:         479-789-5000
